October 11, 2024: Bristol, RI 02809 The Mt. Hope Huskies topped the visiting Juanita Sanchez Complex Cavaliers volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Friday's league game.
Next up, the Huskies confront the Pilgrim Patriots (Warwick, RI) in a Division 2 game, on Tuesday, October 15. Mt. Hope will attempt to advance on its 9-5 season record. The Patriots go into the game with a 5-9 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Cranston East (Cranston, RI).
The Cavaliers (4-12) will now prepare for their game against Block Island (New Shoreham, RI). The go into the Division 3 game with a 7-5 record. In their last game, Block Island gained a win over Rogers (Newport, RI), 3-2, in a league game.
