In Saturday's league game, the Academy Park Knights (Sharon Hill, PA) football team overcame the visiting Chichester Eagles (Boothwyn, PA), by a tally of 23-8.

In their next game, the Knights battle the Muhlenberg Muhls (Laureldale, PA) in a non-league game, on Friday, October 17. Academy Park will attempt to better on its 4-4 season record. The Muhls come into the outing with a 7-1 record after their 33-28 league win over Ephrata (Ephrata, PA).

With the defeat, Chichester drops to 3-5 on the campaign. The Eagles host Interboro (Prospect Park, PA) to clash with the Buccaneers in a Delaware Valley outing on Friday, October 17.
