In Saturday's league match, the visiting Malvern Prep Friars football squad scored a good 42-13 triumph over the Germantown Academy Patriots.

The Friars (5-1) will now prepare for their match against Haverford School (Haverford, PA). The Fords come into the Inter-Academic match with a 3-3 record. In their last match, Haverford School was dropped by William Penn Charter (Philadelphia, PA), 11-0, in a league battle.

The Patriots now have a 3-3 record. They play next when they travel to Haverford School for a Inter-Academic battle on Saturday, October 25.
