Massachusetts High School Football - McCann Tech overwhelmed by Monument Mountain
October 11, 2025: Great Barrington, MA 01230 The Monument Mountain Spartans overwhelmed the visiting McCann Tech Hornets football squad by a margin of 52-0 in Saturday's league test.
The Spartans now sport a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Smith Vo-Tech for a Tri-County test on Friday, October 17. Monument Mountain will clash with a Vikings squad coming off a 26-14 league win over Belchertown (Belchertown, MA). The Vikings record now stands at 2-3.
With the defeat, McCann Tech drops to 0-4 on the campaign. The Hornets host Pathfinder RVT (Palmer, MA) to battle the Pioneers in a Tri-County game on Friday, October 17. The Pioneers enter the game with a record of 1-4. Pathfinder RVT won 28-8 in their recent league game against Smith Vo-Tech (Northampton, MA)
