October 11, 2025: Sunbury, OH 43074 The Big Walnut Golden Eagles (Sunbury, OH) football nipped the visiting Harvest Prep Warriors (Canal Winchester, OH), 27-20 in Saturday's non-league contest.
The Golden Eagles (5-1) will now prepare for their contest against Dublin Scioto (Dublin, OH). The Irish enter the non-league contest with a 0-4 record. In their last bout, Dublin Scioto was tipped by Hayes (Delaware, OH), 42-38, in a non-league bout.
The Warriors now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Westerville South for a non-league contest on Saturday, October 18. Harvest Prep will battle a Wildcats squad coming off a 13-8 non-league win over St. Charles (Columbus, OH). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-2.
