October 11, 2025: Silver Spring, MD 20905 In Saturday's non-league match, the host Blake Bengals football squad scored a decisive 46-0 victory over the Magruder Colonels.
The Bengals (7-0) will now prepare for their match against Bethesda-Chevy Chase (Bethesda, MD). The Barons enter the non-league match with a 1-5 record. In their last match, Bethesda-Chevy Chase was crushed by Walter Johnson (Bethesda, MD), 28-9, in a non-league battle.
The Colonels now own a 2-3 record. They play next when they host Kennedy for a non-league battle on Thursday, October 16. Magruder will play a Cavaliers team coming off a 16-12 non-league win over Einstein (Kensington, MD). The Cavaliers record now stands at 2-3.
