October 11, 2025: Depew, NY 14043 Depew Wildcats (Depew, NY) boosters were content Saturday as they observed their football squad thwart the visiting Wilson Lakemen (Wilson, NY), 28-20 in a non-league match.
The Wildcats (3-1) will now prepare for their match against Cleveland Hill (Cheektowaga, NY). The Golden Eagles come into the non-league match with a 2-4 record. In their last match, Cleveland Hill prevailed over Maryvale (Cheektowaga, NY), 28-12, in a non-league battle.
The Lakemen now own a 3-3 record. They play next when they host Cheektowaga for a non-league battle on Thursday, October 16. Wilson will play a Chargers team coming off a 23-0 non-league loss to Starpoint (Lockport, NY). The Chargers record now stands at 1-5.
