New York High School Soccer - Amherst Central nudges Allegany-Limestone
October 11, 2025: Amherst, NY 14226 The Amherst Central Tigers (Amherst, NY) soccer nipped the visiting Allegany-Limestone Gators (Allegany, NY), 1-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Tigers now hold a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host The Park School of Buffalo for a non-league contest on Tuesday, October 14. Amherst Central will battle a Pioneers team coming off a 7-2 non-league loss to Bishop Timon-St. Jude (Buffalo, NY). The Pioneers record now stands at 2-4.
The Gators (17-2) will now prepare for their contest against Dunkirk (Dunkirk, NY). The Marauders enter the CCAA I West contest with a 8-3 record.
