California High School Volleyball - Albany over Brawley
October 11, 2025: Brawley, CA 92227 In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Albany Cougars volleyball team scored a 2-0 win over the Brawley Wildcats.
With the win, Albany advances its record to 16-16 on the season. The Cougars travel to Del Norte (San Diego, CA) to face the Nighthawks in a non-league test on Saturday, October 11. The Nighthawks go into the test with a record of 11-12. Del Norte lost 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Redlands (Redlands, CA)
The Wildcats now sport a 19-11 record. They play next when they host Imperial for a Imperial Valley challenge on Tuesday, October 14. Brawley will play a Tigers team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Cibola (Yuma, AZ). The Tigers record now stands at 19-15.
