California High School Volleyball - Ambassador can't get by Paramount
October 11, 2025: Paramount, CA 90723 Paramount Pirates (Paramount, CA) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Ambassador Lions (Torrance, CA), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Paramount advances its record to 13-9 on the season. The Pirates travel to Firebaugh (Lynwood, CA) to play the Falcons in a Suburban challenge on Tuesday, October 14. The Falcons come into the challenge with a record of 20-10. Firebaugh lost 3-1 in their recent league challenge against Gahr (Cerritos, CA)
Next, the Lions play the Walnut Mustangs (Walnut, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 11. Ambassador will attempt to upgrade on its 15-8 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 12-16 record after their 3-1 league win over Bonita (La Verne, CA).
