Anoka Tornadoes (Anoka, MN) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Farmington Tigers (Farmington, MN), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Anoka improves its record to 15-10 on the season.

The Tigers now own a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Eastview for a South Suburban test on Tuesday, October 14. Farmington will face a Lightning squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Mayer Lutheran (Mayer, MN). The Lightning record now stands at 10-14.
