New York High School Volleyball - Midlakes over Aquinas Institute
October 11, 2025: Rochester, NY 14613 The Midlakes Screaming Eagles volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Aquinas Institute Little Irish to 0 in the Screaming Eagles non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Screaming Eagles now possess a 8-4 record. They play next when they travel to Wayne for a Section 5 Finger Lakes - East outing on Tuesday, October 14. Midlakes will play a Eagles squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Waterloo (Waterloo, NY). The Eagles record now stands at 10-5.
The Little Irish (2-9) will now prepare for their game against Our Lady of Mercy (Rochester, NY). The Monarchs go into the Section 5 Private-Parochial game with a 7-10 record. In their last game, Our Lady of Mercy was dropped by Sutherland (Pittsford, NY), 3-1, in a non-league game.
