October 11, 2025: Barrington, IL 60010 Johnsburg Skyhawks (Johnsburg, IL) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Barrington Fillies/Broncos (Barrington, IL), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Johnsburg improves its record to 17-13 on the season. The Skyhawks travel to Eastland (Lanark, IL) to face the Cougars in a non-league test on Saturday, October 11. The Cougars go into the test with a record of 16-5. Eastland lost 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Lena-Winslow (Lena, IL)
Next, the Fillies/Broncos play the Buffalo Grove Bison (Buffalo Grove, IL) in a challenge, on Tuesday, October 14. Barrington will attempt to upgrade on its 17-11 season record. The Bison come into the challenge with a 12-13 record after their 2-0 league loss to Hersey (Arlington Heights, IL).
