Minnesota High School Volleyball - Big Lake tips Dover-Eyota

In Saturday's non-league test, the host Big Lake Hornets volleyball squad scored a tight 2-1 win over the Dover-Eyota Eagles.

With the win, Big Lake improves its record to 3-9 on the season. The Hornets host Zimmerman (Zimmerman, MN) to face the Thunder in a Mississippi 8 test on Tuesday, October 14. The Thunder go into the test with a record of 8-10. Zimmerman lost 3-0 in their recent league challenge against Monticello (Monticello, MN)

Next, the Eagles meet the Park Wolfpack (Cottage Grove, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 11. Dover-Eyota will attempt to upgrade on its 18-10 season record. The Wolfpack come into the challenge with a 1-17 record after their 3-0 league loss to Irondale (New Brighton, MN).
