In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Dougherty Valley Wildcats volleyball team scored a 2-0 win over the Big Valley Christian Lions.

With the win, Dougherty Valley advances its record to 15-15 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Whitney (Rocklin, CA) to face the Wildcats in a non-league test on Saturday, October 11. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 6-13. Whitney won 3-2 in their recent league test against Davis Sr. (Davis, CA)
