California High School Volleyball - Carmel over MacDonald

In Saturday's non-league test, the host Carmel Padres volleyball squad scored a 2-0 win over the MacDonald Condor.

With the win, Carmel improves its record to 10-6 on the season. The Padres travel to Hollister (Hollister, CA) to face the Haybalers in a Pacific Coast - Gabilan test on Thursday, October 16. The Haybalers go into the test with a record of 7-7.

The Condor now have a 4-15 record. They play next when they host Fremont for a Santa Clara Valley - El Camino challenge on Monday, October 13. MacDonald will meet a Firebirds team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Saratoga (Saratoga, CA). The Firebirds record now stands at 6-15.
