October 11, 2025: Cherokee, IA 51012 The O'Gorman Knights volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Cherokee Washington Braves to 0 in the Knights non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Knights now possess a 15-4 record. They play next when they travel to Brandon Valley for a AA District 1 game on Tuesday, October 14. O'Gorman will confront a Lynx squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Yankton (Yankton, SD). The Lynx record now stands at 14-2.
The Braves (12-3) will now prepare for their game against Western Christian (Hull, IA). The Wolfpack enter the non-league game with a 19-6 record. In their last game, Western Christian gained a win over Dakota Valley (North Sioux City, SD), 2-1, in a non-league outing.
