October 11, 2025: Burton, MI 48509 The Genesee Christian Soldiers volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Roeper Roughriders to 0 in the Soldiers non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Soldiers now have a 12-11 record. They play next when they travel to Notre Dame Prep for a non-league outing on Saturday, October 11. Genesee Christian will play a Fighting Irish team coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to Gabriel Richard (Ann Arbor, MI). The Fighting Irish record now stands at 22-11.
The Roughriders (2-16) will now prepare for their game against Yale (Yale, MI). The Bulldogs go into the non-league game with a 23-13 record. In their last game, Yale gained a win over Croswell-Lexington (Croswell, MI), 3-0, in a league game.
