October 11, 2025: Los Angeles, CA 90064 The Helix Highlanders volleyball team (La Mesa, CA), was knocked off 2-0 in Saturday's non-league contest with the host Notre Dame Academy Regal Gryphons (Los Angeles, CA)
The Regal Gryphons (20-10) will now prepare for their contest against La Jolla (La Jolla, CA). The Vikings enter the non-league contest with a 9-16 record. In their last contest, La Jolla was knocked off by Lake Stevens (Lake Stevens, WA), 2-0, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Highlanders meet the Fallbrook Warriors (Fallbrook, CA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, October 11. Helix will attempt to improve on its 10-18 season record. The Warriors go into the battle with a 12-7 record after their 3-1 league win over Rancho Buena Vista (Vista, CA).
