South Carolina High School Volleyball - Hillcrest Mountain View Prep

Mountain View Prep Stars (Spartanburg, SC) backers were pleased Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host Hillcrest Rams (Simpsonville, SC), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Stars (27-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Woodmont (Piedmont, SC). The Wildcats come into the non-league challenge with a 25-4 record. In their last challenge, Woodmont beat Greenwood (Greenwood, SC), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Rams meet the Greenville Red Raiders (Greenville, SC) in a AAAAA Region 1 challenge, on Tuesday, October 14. Hillcrest will attempt to improve on its 19-6 season record. The Red Raiders go into the test with a 20-7 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to River Bluff (Lexington, SC).
