California High School Volleyball - Lincoln can't hold off Walnut
October 11, 2025: Walnut, CA 91789 The Walnut Mustangs tipped the visiting Lincoln Hornets volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league game.
Coming up next, the Mustangs clash with the Diamond Bar Brahmas (Diamond Bar, CA) in a Palomares match, on Monday, October 13. Walnut will attempt to move on its 16-16 season record. The Brahmas enter the match with a 21-8 record after their 3-1 league loss to Ayala (Chino Hills, CA).
The Hornets (14-11) will now prepare for their battle against La Jolla (La Jolla, CA). The Vikings go into the City - Eastern battle with a 10-18 record. In their last battle, La Jolla was edged by Notre Dame (SO) (Sherman Oaks, CA), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
