October 11, 2025: Waterville, MN 56096 In Saturday's non-league contest, the Waconia Wildcats (Waconia, MN) volleyball team overcame the host Waterville-Elysian-Morristown Buccaneers (Waterville, MN), by a count of 2-0.
The Wildcats (16-8) will now prepare for their battle against Jefferson (Bloomington, MN). The Jaguars go into the Metro West battle with a 8-12 record. In their last battle, Jefferson dropped by New Prague (New Prague, MN), 3-1, in a league battle.
The Buccaneers now own a 12-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hayfield for a Gopher battle on Saturday, October 11. Waterville-Elysian-Morristown will meet a Vikings team coming off a 3-1 league loss to United South Central (Wells, MN). The Vikings record now stands at 3-15.
