Frederick Gunn Highlanders (Washington, CT) fans were pleased Wednesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Hopkins Hilltoppers (New Haven, CT), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Highlanders confront the Millbrook School Mustangs (Millbrook, NY) in a challenge, on Saturday, October 15. Frederick Gunn will attempt to better on its 1-6 season record. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a 4-6 record after their 4-0 non-league loss to South Kent School (South Kent, CT).
