October 12, 2023: LaGrange, NC 28551 James Kenan Tigers (Warsaw, NC) fans left the game satisfied Thursday as they observed their football team wallop the host North Lenoir Hawks (LaGrange, NC), 46-8 in a league game.
The Tigers (7-0) will now prepare for their game against Southwest Onslow (Jacksonville, NC). The Stallions come into the non-league game with a 6-1 record. In their last game, Southwest Onslow overwhelmed South Lenoir (Deep Run, NC), 54-0, in a non-league game.
The Hawks now sport a 1-8 record. They take the field next when they host South Lenoir for a non-league game on Thursday, October 19. North Lenoir will battle a Blue Devils team coming off a 31-6 non-league loss to East Duplin (Beulaville, NC). The Blue Devils record now stands at 2-5.
