Missouri High School Softball - Fort Zumwalt North nudges Hazelwood West
October 12, 2023: O'Fallon, MO 63366 Fort Zumwalt North Panthers (O'Fallon, MO) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Hazelwood West Wildcats (Hazelwood, MO), 11-10 in a non-league challenge.
The Panthers now own a 6-17 record. They take the field next when they travel to Howell Central for a Class 4 District 7 challenge on Friday, October 13. Fort Zumwalt North will battle a Spartans squad coming off a 18-0 non-league win over Riverview Gardens (St. Louis, MO). The Spartans record now stands at 12-21.
With the loss, Hazelwood West falls to 9-13 on the campaign.
