In Thursday's league contest, the Bruning-Davenport/Shickley Eagles (Bruning, NE) volleyball squad were winner over the host High Plains Storm (Polk, NE), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Eagles battle the Lawrence-Nelson Raiders (Nelson, NE) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, October 12. Bruning-Davenport/Shickley will attempt to better on its 22-3 season record.
