Kentucky High School Volleyball - Community Christian over Marshall County
October 12, 2023: Benton, KY 42025 The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Community Christian Warriors (Paducah, KY) and the host Marshall County Marshals (Benton, KY), saw Community Christian's volleyball squad beat Marshall County by a tally of 3-1.
With the win, Community Christian upgrades its record to 22-8 on the year. The Warriors travel to Hickman County (Clinton, KY) to play the Falcons in a non-league bout on Friday, October 13. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 11-17.
The Marshals now own a 7-14 record. They play next when they travel to Christian Fellowship for a District 4 bout on Monday, October 16. Marshall County will play a Eagles squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Crittenden County (Marion, KY). The Eagles record now stands at 10-17.
