Iowa High School Volleyball - Northeast tips West Branch
October 12, 2023: West Branch, IA 52358 Northeast Rebels (Goose Lake, IA) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host West Branch Bears (West Branch, IA), 2-1 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Rebels clash with the Bellevue Comets (Bellevue, IA) in a River Valley North match, on Wednesday, October 18. Northeast will attempt to advance on its 15-14 season record. The Comets come into the match with a 16-13 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to West Liberty (West Liberty, IA).
With the loss, West Branch drops to 15-16 on the campaign. The Bears travel to Louisa-Muscatine (Letts, IA) to clash with the Falcons in a non-league match on Monday, October 16. The Falcons come into the match with a record of 0-21. Louisa-Muscatine lost 3-0 in their recent league match against Hillcrest Academy (Kalona, IA)
