The Stratford Red Devils volleyball team (Stratford, CT), went down 3-1 in Thursday's league challenge with the host Weston Trojans (Weston, CT)

The Trojans (8-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Notre Dame Catholic (Fairfield, CT). The Lancers come into the Southwest-Colonial challenge with a 6-9 record. In their last challenge, Notre Dame Catholic defeated Amistad (New Haven, CT), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Red Devils encounter the Pomperaug Panthers (Southbury, CT) in a Southwest-Colonial challenge, on Monday, October 16. Stratford will attempt to move on its 12-3 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 5-8 record after their 3-1 league win over Bethel (Bethel, CT).
