The Nottingham Northstars felled the visiting Princeton Tigers football team by a score of 28-14 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Northstars play the Notre Dame Irish (Lawrenceville, NJ) in a West Jersey - Capitol challenge, on Saturday, October 19. Nottingham will attempt to improve on its 2-5 season record. The Irish go into the challenge with a 5-2 record after their 27-19 non-league win over Paul VI (Haddonfield, NJ).

The Tigers (3-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Trenton Central (Trenton, NJ). The Tornadoes go into the non-league challenge with a 4-3 record. In their last challenge, Trenton Central lost by Northern Burlington (Columbus, NJ), 18-17, in a non-league challenge.
