California High School Football - St. Augustine crushed by El Capitan
October 12, 2024: Lakeside, CA 92040 The El Capitan Vaqueros walloped the visiting St. Augustine Saints football team by a score of 42-8 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Vaqueros play the Santana Sultans (Santee, CA) in a challenge, on Wednesday, October 16. El Capitan will attempt to improve on its 7-0 season record. The Sultans go into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 20-10 non-league win over Olympian (Chula Vista, CA).
The Saints (7-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Point Loma (San Diego, CA). The Pointers go into the challenge with a 5-2 record. In their last challenge, Point Loma was ripped by Lincoln (San Diego, CA), 50-20, in a league challenge.
