New York High School Soccer - Schoharie knocks off Unatego
October 12, 2024: Schoharie, NY 12157 In Saturday's non-league outing, the host Schoharie Storm soccer squad scored a tight 6-3 victory over the Unatego Spartans.
The Storm (13-1) will now prepare for their outing against Mekeel Christian Academy (Schenectady, NY). The Lions go into the non-league outing with a 4-9 record. In their last outing, Mekeel Christian Academy got by Saratoga Central Catholic (Saratoga Springs, NY), 2-1, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Spartans play the Bainbridge-Guilford Bobcats (Bainbridge, NY) in a Midstate Athletic Conference outing, on Tuesday, October 15. Unatego will attempt to improve on its 4-2 season record. The Bobcats go into the outing with a 9-3 record after their 3-1 league win over Greene (Greene, NY).
