California High School Football - Live Oak tops Oak Grove
October 12, 2024: Morgan Hill, CA 95037 The Live Oak Acorns football squad scored 26 points and limited the visiting Oak Grove Eagles to 0 in the Acorns league triumph on Saturday.
The Acorns now hold a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Santa Teresa for a test on Friday, October 18. Live Oak will meet a Saints squad coming off a 34-8 league win over Branham (San Jose, CA). The Saints record now stands at 3-3.
With the defeat, Oak Grove drops to 1-4 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Christopher (Gilroy, CA) to meet the Cougars in a test on Thursday, October 17. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 7-0. Christopher won 30-0 in their recent league test against Lincoln (San Jose, CA)
