New York High School Football - Sweet Home tops North Tonawanda
October 12, 2024: Amherst, NY 14228 The Sweet Home Panthers football squad scored 36 points and limited the visiting North Tonawanda Lumberjacks to 7 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Panthers now hold a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Starpoint for a non-league test on Thursday, October 17. Sweet Home will meet a Spartans squad coming off a 13-12 non-league win over Kenmore West (Buffalo, NY). The Spartans record now stands at 2-1.
With the defeat, North Tonawanda drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Lumberjacks host Kenmore West (Buffalo, NY) to meet the Blue Devils in a non-league test on Saturday, October 19. The Blue Devils come into the test with a record of 2-4. Kenmore West lost 13-12 in their recent non-league test against Starpoint (Lockport, NY)
