Illinois High School Soccer - Plainfield Central toppled by Neuqua Valley
October 12, 2024: Naperville, IL 60564 Neuqua Valley Wildcats (Naperville, IL) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Plainfield Central Wildcats (Plainfield, IL), 7-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Neuqua Valley moves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Wildcats host DeKalb (DeKalb, IL) to clash with the Barbs in a non-league test on Thursday, October 17. The Barbs come into the test with a record of 2-5.
The Wildcats now sport a 8-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Joliet Central for a test on Tuesday, October 15. Plainfield Central will clash with a Steelmen team coming off a 5-1 non-league win over Crete-Monee (Crete, IL). The Steelmen record now stands at 12-4.
