Connecticut High School Soccer - Harding toppled by Bridgeport Central
October 12, 2024: Bridgeport, CT 06606 Bridgeport Central Hilltoppers (Bridgeport, CT) backers exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Harding Presidents (Bridgeport, CT), 7-2 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Bridgeport Central advances its record to 5-11 on the campaign. The Hilltoppers host Norwalk (Norwalk, CT) to clash with the Bears in a Fairfield County test on Wednesday, October 16. The Bears come into the test with a record of 7-7. Norwalk lost 1-0 in their recent non-league test against Stamford (Stamford, CT)
The Presidents now have a 3-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bullard-Havens for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 15. Harding will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 3-0 league win over Kaynor RVT (Waterbury, CT). The Tigers record now stands at 8-5.
