October 12, 2024: Belle Plaine, IA 52208 The Belle Plaine Plainsmen (Belle Plaine, IA) volleyball knocked off the visiting East Buchanan Buccaneers (Winthrop, IA), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Plainsmen now possess a 14-12 record. They play next when they travel to Keota for a non-league bout on Monday, October 14. Belle Plaine will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to H-L-V (Victor, IA). The Eagles record now stands at 3-12.
With the loss, East Buchanan drops to 8-20 on the campaign. The Buccaneers travel to Maquoketa Valley (Delhi, IA) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Thursday, October 17. The Wildcats come into the bout with a record of 12-11. Maquoketa Valley won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Central City (Central City, IA)
