Michigan High School Volleyball - Charlevoix can't get by Genesee Christian
October 12, 2024: Charlevoix, MI 49720 Genesee Christian Soldiers (Burton, MI) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Charlevoix Rayders (Charlevoix, MI), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Genesee Christian advances its record to 16-7 on the season. The Soldiers travel to Cheboygan (Cheboygan, MI) to face the Chiefs in a non-league test on Saturday, October 12. The Chiefs go into the test with a record of 9-12. Cheboygan lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Kingsley (Kingsley, MI)
The Rayders now sport a 6-16 record. They put it on the line next when they host Harbor Springs for a Lake Michigan test on Tuesday, October 15. Charlevoix will face a Rams squad coming off a 1-1 non-league Grand Traverse Academy (Traverse City, MI). The Rams record now stands at 11-8.
