Corona del Sol Aztecs (Tempe, AZ) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Horizon Huskies (Scottsdale, AZ), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Corona del Sol advances its record to 29-4 on the season. The Aztecs travel to O'Connor (Phoenix, AZ) to face the Eagles in a non-league test on Saturday, October 12. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 21-2. O'Connor won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Horizon (Scottsdale, AZ)

The Huskies now sport a 16-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Arizona College Prep for a 5A - East Sky test on Tuesday, October 15. Horizon will face a Knights squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Campo Verde (Gilbert, AZ). The Knights record now stands at 7-17.
