In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Excel Christian Warriors volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Mineral County Serpents.

The Warriors (6-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Sierra Sage Academy/Right Of Passage (Yerington, NV). The Rams come into the non-league challenge with a 0-12 record. In their last challenge, Sierra Sage Academy/Right Of Passage lost by Mineral County (Hawthorne, NV), 3-0, in a league challenge.
