October 12, 2024: Mt. Morris, MI 48458 The Mt. Morris Panthers (Mt. Morris, MI) volleyball held off the visiting Genesee Christian Soldiers (Burton, MI), 1-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Panthers now possess a 25-11 record. They play next when they host Byron for a Mid-Michigan Athletic bout on Tuesday, October 15. Mt. Morris will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 3-0 league win over Hill-McCloy (Montrose, MI). The Eagles record now stands at 13-6.
With the loss, Genesee Christian drops to 16-7 on the campaign. The Soldiers host Calvary Baptist Academy (Midland, MI) to clash with the Kings in a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 15. The Kings come into the bout with a record of 14-4. Calvary Baptist Academy won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Coleman (Coleman, MI)
