Arizona High School Volleyball - Quartz Hill can't get by Youngker
October 12, 2024: Buckeye, AZ 85326 Youngker Roughriders (Buckeye, AZ) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Quartz Hill Royals (Quartz Hill, CA), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Youngker advances its record to 9-10 on the season. The Roughriders host North Canyon (Phoenix, AZ) to face the Rattlers in a 5A - Desert West test on Monday, October 21. The Rattlers go into the test with a record of 2-13.
The Royals now sport a 22-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Littlerock for a Golden test on Monday, October 14. Quartz Hill will face a Lobos squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Lancaster (Lancaster, CA). The Lobos record now stands at 2-15.
