October 13, 2022: Mt. Ulla, NC 28125 The crowd at Thursday's non-league contest between the West Rowan Falcons (Mt. Ulla, NC) and the visiting Central Cabarrus Vikings (Concord, NC), observed West Rowan's football squad bounce Central Cabarrus by a count of 40-6.
The Falcons now own a 5-3 record. They play next when they travel to Concord for a non-league contest on Thursday, October 20. West Rowan will play a Spiders squad coming off a 14-6 non-league loss to Northwest Cabarrus (Concord, NC). The Spiders record now stands at 2-6.
Coming up next, the Vikings play the Carson Cougars (China Grove, NC) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, October 20. Central Cabarrus will attempt to upgrade on its 6-1 season record. The Cougars go into the contest with a 4-4 record after their 47-0 non-league win over East Rowan (Salisbury, NC).
