The Grand Valley Mustangs volleyball team (Orwell, OH), was edged 3-2 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the host Newton Falls Tigers (Newton Falls, OH)

The Tigers (7-15) will now prepare for their challenge against Springfield (New Middletown, OH). The Tigers come into the non-league challenge with a 12-10 record. In their last challenge, Springfield nudged Struthers (Struthers, OH), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
