Massachusetts High School Football - Agawam topped by Wahconah Regional
October 13, 2023: Agawam, MA 01001 The Agawam Brownies football team (Agawam, MA), was beaten 28-7 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Wahconah Regional Warriors (Dalton, MA)
The Warriors (3-3) will now prepare for their challenge against East Longmeadow (East Longmeadow, MA). The Spartans come into the Suburban - South challenge with a 1-5 record. In their last challenge, East Longmeadow was beaten by West Springfield (West Springfield, MA), 51-7, in a league challenge.
The Brownies now sport a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Amherst-Pelham Regional for a Suburban - South challenge on Friday, October 20. Agawam will meet a Hurricanes team coming off a 48-7 league win over Northampton (Northampton, MA). The Hurricanes record now stands at 6-0.
