October 13, 2023: New Windsor, NY 12553 The Beacon Bulldogs football team (Beacon, NY), was beaten 21-0 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Cornwall Central Dragons (New Windsor, NY)
The Dragons (7-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Goshen Central (Goshen, NY). The Gladiators come into the Section 9 A-2 challenge with a 2-5 record. In their last challenge, Goshen Central achieved victory over Monticello (Monticello, NY), 35-0, in a non-league challenge.
The Bulldogs now sport a 1-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Liberty for a Section 9 B-1 challenge on Saturday, October 21. Beacon will meet a Indians team coming off a 19-13 league win over New Paltz (New Paltz, NY). The Indians record now stands at 1-6.
