The Bells Panthers football squad scored 60 points and restricted the host Blue Ridge Tigers to 21 in the Panthers league victory on Friday.

The Panthers now possess a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Howe for a 3A-2 Region II District 8 battle on Friday, October 20. Bells will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 82-0 league loss to Gunter (Gunter, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-4.

Coming up next, the Tigers face the Leonard Tigers (Leonard, TX) in a 3A-2 Region II District 8 battle, on Friday, October 20. Blue Ridge will attempt to advance on its 3-4 season record. The Tigers enter the battle with a 4-3 record after their 44-41 league loss to Lone Oak (Lone Oak, TX).
