Lynn Bears (Lynn, AL) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team rout the visiting Brilliant Tigers (Brilliant, AL), 63-6 in a league test.

With the triumph, Lynn improves its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Bears travel to Berry (Berry, AL) to battle the Wildcats in a 1A Region 5 test on Friday, October 20. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 2-5. Berry lost 14-7 in their recent league test against Hubbertville (Fayette, AL)

With the loss, Brilliant drops to 3-4 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Holy Spirit Catholic (Tuscaloosa, AL) to battle the Saints in a 1A Region 5 test on Friday, October 20. The Saints come into the test with a record of 0-7. Holy Spirit Catholic lost 51-0 in their recent league test against Pickens County (Reform, AL)
