The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Upper St. Clair Panthers (Upper St. Clair, PA) and the host Canon-McMillan Big Macs (Canonsburg, PA), observed Upper St. Clair's football squad edge Canon-McMillan by a count of 24-17.

The Panthers now own a 6-2 record. They play next when they host Moon Area for a WPIAL AAAAA Allegheny Six contest on Friday, October 20. Upper St. Clair will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 42-34 league win over Bethel Park (Bethel Park, PA). The Tigers record now stands at 4-4.

Coming up next, the Big Macs encounter the Peters Township Indians (McMurray, PA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, October 20. Canon-McMillan will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record. The Indians go into the contest with a 8-0 record after their 42-0 non-league win over Mt. Lebanon (Pittsburgh, PA).
