October 13, 2023: Tuscumbia, AL 35674 Colbert County Indians (Leighton, AL) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host Colbert Heights Wildcats (Tuscumbia, AL), 49-28 in a league test.
With the triumph, Colbert County improves its record to 3-4 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Clements (Athens, AL) to confront the Colts in a 3A Region 8 test on Friday, October 20. The Colts come into the test with a record of 6-3. Clements won 47-12 in their recent league test against Elkmont (Elkmont, AL)
With the loss, Colbert Heights drops to 1-6 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Phil Campbell (Phil Campbell, AL) to confront the Bobcats in a 3A Region 8 test on Friday, October 20. The Bobcats come into the test with a record of 2-5. Phil Campbell lost 62-6 in their recent league test against Mars Hill Bible (Florence, AL)
